Abstract
The possibilities of active participation offered by the latest technologies of information and communication (TICs), pose a challenge to creativity together with an unavoidable social commitment. In the current evolution of Internet, blogs are one of the most used media to discuss an infinity of topics. In this sense, the preservation of the architectural and urban patrimony finds in the blogs an important way to achieve their ends. This article develops an experience with regards to citizen patrimonial awareness, specially recounted to the principal modest properties of the city of Mar del Plata (Argentina). Thus, there are investigated minimal strategies, but essential, to approach the challenge and the commitment raised.
