Abstract
This work aims the follow-up and analysis of a new form of cinematographic creation that mixes the traditional processes of production with a new form of collaborative creation. The TweetPeli tests the potentials of the, so called, Web 2.0. This project was born as challenge from a program of radio and gathered strength between the users of Twitter, from where he acquired strength and was consolidated as an initiative. Here appears a global review of the condition of the question, the description of the process and an analysis of it from the basic concepts of collaboration, collective creation and transformation of the production from the incorporation of the synchronous dialog in the on line social networks.
