Abstract
Every social reality, as the educational planning and policies are, is a historical, contingent and relational building. Beyond a mere content, the curricula and study plans are, as any social field, a fighting soil where trends are brought face to face to impose points of view. In this way, these buildings are sense cristallizations, subjets and subjetivity formers, that is, formers of internal cultures and institutional culture spreaders.
From this outlook, the debates and questions about the foundations of the transmission and teaching of history in limit experiences, become essential. The aim of this work is to investigate about the different meanings of human rights systematic and massive infringements ocurring throughout the last military dictatorship, which operated on the building of study plans, curricula and minimun contents in the high school in the course of the democratic period.
