Análise dos Sistemas de Cadastramento e Identificação de Clientes das Companhias de Saneamento e Energia Elétrica do Paraná - Brasil

Abstract

The present article aims to highlight the effectiveness of information systems, used by Sanepar and Copel, in addressing the necessities of the employees and users. In this reasoning, a questionnaire was applied between the employees of the two companies with the intention of verifying the tilt of the same ones in innovating in the aspects that if they inside show inefficacious of the professional perspective where they act; besides bringing to light possibles difficulties found by collaborators in the concerning aspects to the availability of the data and its ability to meet the aspirations of the involved ones in the installment of the services. Therefore, the study is developed in a systematic prism, likely seeing benefits of a joint action in what it refers to the sharing of the available data in the information systems of the above-mentioned companies.
